Lakeview Holidays is connected with Whelford Pools Fishery, a family run carp fishery set in 15 acres of the Cotswolds water park.

There are three lakes here at Whelford Pools: The Top lake, Willow Pool and Barley Pool. Both The Top Lake and Barley Pool are well stocked with quality carp, and Willow pools lake has a healthy population of coarse fish including Tench, Roach Perch, Pike and a large stock of mixed sized Carp from 6 to 35lbs.

There is a fully stocked on-site Carp Tackle Shop for you to get all you need as well as your bait, we also offer tuition should you wish to improve on your skills, we offer all levels of tuition

Fishing Holidays

Willow (3 anglers), Heron (2 anglers) and The Coach House (2 anglers) all have have lakeside gardens with private swims and hot tub, and have a very healthy population of coarse fish including Tench, Roach, Rudd, Perch, Pike and a large stock of mixed sized Carp from 6 to 35lbs.

Grebe is just a short walk from the waters edge and we include in the price a swim for 1 angler on our top lake. Additional Tickets can be purchased on arrival at the Tackle Shop, or in advanced by writing to info@lakeviewholidays.co.uk.

Exclusive Lake Hire

Barley Pool is Whelford Pools Fisheries newly refurbished secluded lake slightly in excess of 1 acre and is fully stocked with Carp.

The lake comfortably accommodates 3 anglers and has 6 recognised swims. The exclusive hire of this lake is offered at £90 per night.

The lake benefits from a fisherman’s lodge with TV and DVD player, Heater, WiFi and private decking. There are shower and toilet facilities a short walk away for the use by those hiring Barley Pool. For more info visit www.thecarpswolds.co.uk

Day Tickets

Day tickets can be purchased on the day for The Top Lake and Willow pool at the tackle shop on site, these are sold on a first come first served basis:

Adults & 12 Years and over

24 Hr Ticket £25 24 hrs from 10am arrival time
48 Hr Ticket £50 48 hrs from 10 am arrival time
All tickets are for a maximum of 2 rods per person

The Gate to Whelford Pools Carp Fishery will be open from 7.00am and closed at 9.30pm every day for security.

There is a charge of £20 levied for opening the gates during closed times.
