Summary

Sleeping up to 2/3 people, Grebe is a bright first floor apartment with open plan living, kitchen and dining room and one double bedroom (additional sofa bed in living room). Accessed via an external staircase with a private garden and Hot Tub (suitable for 1 dog).

With views over the lake, guests can enjoy the lakeside grounds and children are welcome use the communal playground and garden. Patio seating and BBQ are provided for guest use (charcoal not provided).

All towels and linen are provided and complimentary WiFi is available within the house and grounds. Heating and electricty is included and all our properties are non-smoking.

Further details

The first floor apartment is accessed via a private garden with an external staircase and there you will find a sunny living space. Grebe has plenty of comfortable seating, both for dining in style and relaxing; a large flat screen TV has Freeview channels and radio.

Whatever the time of year, the central heating ensures it is always cosy and warm which can be adjusted on each radiator.

If required a cot and high chair are available on request, free of charge.

Kitchen

A well equipped Kitchen with all you would expect to find; fridge, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board. There is plenty of china, glassware and cutlery for 2 people and in the cupboards you will find all the usual pans, utensils and tea towels.

Heat and smoke alarms are fitted.
